Energy Procurement
Within EES Energy Master Plan, EES
has developed a Retail Commodity Management Process
which encompasses all aspects of energy procurement.
EES Retail Commodity Management Process is a continuous
process of management of energy supply contacts. The
process goes well beyond just the Request for proposal
and recommendation process but continues through
contract management, market monitoring for price
extension opportunities and logistical/infrastructure
issues. The Diagram outlines the Retail Commodity
Management Process.
